Role OverviewReporting to a Production Supervisor, the General Operator will perform daily tasks effectively and efficiently to meet quality and safety standards. The role requires following company procedures, assisting in building switchgear panels, and supporting the preparation of finished products for shipment. Full training will be provided to allow employees to progress through their time with CEL.
What You Will Do
Perform tasks such as cable stripping, label printing, mechanical assembly, electrical sub-assembly, and panel door assembly. Assist in other departments as required, maintain area housekeeping standards, and ensure waste materials are stored safely. Perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and lifting/carrying materials (up to 50 lbs.).

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience using hand tools
- Good aptitude for mechanical assembly
- Comfortable working in a physically active role, including standing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks
