Role OverviewCompletes select production activities and operates machinery associated with JELD-WEN product lines. May provide guidance to General Production I and II employees. Works closely with management and skilled trade positions to perform more complex duties.
What You Will Do
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of organizational goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Collaborates with all levels of the organization to coordinate work requiring skilled trade workers (Maintenance positions). Contacts and schedules vendors or contractors for building repairs and emergencies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to work safely, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, earplugs, masks, and steel-toed footwear. Maintains work areas and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows all plant, facility, and OSHA safety guidelines.
