SITECH Southeast Texas is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead high-performing sales teams and drive growth with construction technology in Houston and across Southeast Texas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Technology, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of progressive sales management experience in construction technology, machinery, or related industries
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of coaching and motivating sales teams
  • Strong customer service and solution-selling background
  • Ability to read financial statements, create budgets, and apply business acumen to decision-making
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
