Job Description
Pacific Mobile Structures is seeking a General Senior Site Superintendent to oversee all phases of commercial modular construction projects, managing Superintendents, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of verifiable construction experience
  • Experience in light commercial construction and full site development
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil plans, specifications, and documents
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards
  • Working knowledge of prevailing wage/ Davis Bacon labor compliance and classifications
