Role OverviewThe Bureau of General Services is seeking a General Services Analyst within the Leasing section. This position reports to the Leasing Support Administrator. This position is responsible for all public and private sector leases in the assigned region of the State.
What You Will Do
Negotiates or renegotiates and manages agency private, governmental, and land leases. Prepares bid specifications and related documents pertaining to the acquisition of private sector leases. Prepares space availability and cost projections for the Department’s private sector leases.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) or able to obtain within a year
- Able to travel at least 25%
- Have a valid Driver License
