Requirements

  • 5+ years General Sales Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related areas
  • Prior experience managing a team of 25 or more associates
  • Proven track record of meeting financial objectives
  • Ability to positively lead, mentor and drive a successful sales team
  • Experience in a commissioned sales environment
  • Proven track record of customer service excellence
