Job Description
Schnabel is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple construction projects, overseeing Superintendents and ensuring consistent execution of safety, quality, schedule, and productivity standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8 years of heavy civil, industrial, or commercial construction experience, including senior field leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and supervising Superintendents
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, and field management practices
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
  • Local and regional travel as required for projects
  • Driver’s license and a safe driving record
