Role OverviewThe General Superintendent is primarily responsible for the field operations, ensuring employees are properly placed, labor rates meet budgets, and workmanship conforms to job specifications. They will supervise field employees, enforce company policies, and promote quality and service to customers.
What You Will Do
The General Superintendent will check labor rates, review job setups, inspect work in progress, hire and fire employees, and maintain positive customer relations. They will also train Foreman, direct and oversee subcontractors, and establish in-house SPS install crews.
