Job Description
The General Trades Technician will provide general maintenance to facilities and building maintenance. Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment. Responds to service requests and performs routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines operate smoothly, efficiently, and physical conditions of the buildings do not deteriorate.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 1-3 years years experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment Preferred
  • Trade Certification Preferred
  • EPA 608 Certification Preferred
  • Skilled Trade Certification Preferred
