Role OverviewThe General Trades Technician will provide general maintenance to facilities and building maintenance. Responsible for checking, troubleshooting, and making routine repairs in various areas.

Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment, responds to service requests, and performs routine preventative maintenance.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment preferred
- DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State required
- EPA 608 Certification preferred
- Skilled Trade Certification preferred
