Job Description
Seeking a General Trades Technician to perform maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment, including electrical, air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing, and other building maintenance areas. Perform routine preventative maintenance and assist with emergency situations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Skills Trade Certification preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in building repairs and maintenance
  • General knowledge of maintenance trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and/or general building maintenance)
  • Experience with CMMS and computer proficiency preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
