Job Description
Seeking a General Trades Technician to perform maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance and repair work, responding to service requests, and conducting routine preventative maintenance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Skills Trade Certification preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in building repairs and maintenance
  • General knowledge of maintenance trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and/or general building maintenance)
  • Experience with CMMS and computer proficiency preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
