Job Description
The State of Connecticut, Developmental Services (DDS) – Central Office – is seeking a skilled and dependable General Trades Worker to support the ongoing maintenance and care of facilities. The role requires the application of advanced trade skills and knowledge of codes and standard practices across multiple disciplines.

Requirements

  • Four (4) years of experience in one or more trade areas
  • Two (2) years of the General Experience must have been performing skilled trade functions in one or more trade areas
  • Ability to prepare estimates and keep shop records
  • Ability to utilize computer software
