Job Description
Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring 10 Utility Workers through a scheduled hiring event at their Akron facility. The selected candidates will work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting production and maintenance operations.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be available to work both the second and third shift, including overtime and weekends as needed
  • Must have a good attendance record
  • Must be available to attend the hiring event on June 18, 2026
