Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Associate degree in a healthcare field (or non-clinical degree with interest in healthcare)
  • Genetic Counselor Assistant Training Program certification or experience
  • Three years of experience in a clinical setting (genetic specialty clinic preferred)
  • Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs
  • Electronic medical record (EMR) experience
  • Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and technology-literate skills
