Job Description
Assist geophysicists in analyzing seismic and well log data, contribute to subsurface mapping and reservoir characterization, and interpret geophysical datasets. Collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings to review development plans and apply machine learning and statistical methods to optimize operations.

Requirements

  • Current Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology, Geophysics, Geochemistry, or Data Science
  • Completed courses in core areas of geoscience (such as geophysics, structure, mineralogy, sedimentology/stratigraphy, geomorphology, etc.)
  • Prior experience with geophysical interpretation software (Petrel, Kingdom, Geographix)
  • Computer programming experience (Python, Matlab, R) is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a large group environment
  • Basic Microsoft proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point) is required
