Role OverviewCastalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Geospatial Analyst to support a mission-critical intelligence program in Charlottesville, Virginia. The selected candidate will leverage specialized regional and functional expertise to analyze geospatial data, develop intelligence products, and produce high-quality analytic assessments.
What You Will Do
Develop intelligence products using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other analytic tools to support the warfighter. Aggregate and analyze geospatial information and produce visualizations and modeling to support the production of intelligence reports. Assist in identifying key locations and personalities within high-priority networks.

Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience with using GIS, including ESRI ArcGIS, Google Earth, GeoMedia PRO, or QGIS, to conduct GEOINT analysis in the DoD
- 3+ years of experience with conducting open-source data collection, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination
- Experience with creating intelligence products supporting mission requirements
- Experience in representing an office or organization to internal and external audiences and providing customer service
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with supporting strategic- and operational-level customers
- Knowledge of GEOINT databases, including commercial databases
