Job Description
The Oklahoma Water Resources Board is seeking a full-time Geospatial Information Specialist to develop and maintain public-facing geospatial products and Open Data resources that support the agency’s mission. The role ensures GIS datasets are accurate, accessible, and effectively presented through web maps, dashboards, applications, and downloadable data services.

Requirements

  • Design and develop intuitive ArcGIS Online maps and products
  • Maintain the OWRB’s Open Data site
  • Apply graphic design principles to produce visually engaging maps and materials
  • Write clear and concise content for map products and publications
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure accurate translation of complex data into effective geospatial products and narratives
