Giftware Lead

The Giftware Lead is crucial to the success of the giftware section, buying products, merchandising, and providing customer service. They work closely with the Giftware Buyer and attend store meetings. The role requires a welcoming merchandising theme and ensuring all pricing tasks are completed in a timely manner.

What You Will Do

Greet customers, advise customers, demonstrate products, answer calls, and complete housekeeping and task work assignments. Provide on-the-job training, attend merchandise markets, and perform competitive shops among local stores.
