Role OverviewAs a GIS Analyst at HDR, you will work in a professional environment with a team of engineers, environmental scientists, and transportation planners to develop and implement geospatial solutions for transportation clients and projects. You will be responsible for conducting advanced spatial analyses using ArcGIS software, developing and supporting web GIS applications, and creating maps, databases, and other deliverables. Your work will directly support economic vitality, public safety, sustainable and resilient communities, and quality of life. What You Will Do
Independently conduct advanced spatial analyses using ArcGIS software, develop and support web GIS applications, create maps, databases, and other deliverables, and perform quality control checks. You will also communicate and collaborate with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds, both technical and non-technical.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Planning, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or closely related field
- A minimum of 3 years of practical GIS experience
- Proficient in use of ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS extensions
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 Apps
- Working knowledge of interoperability tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
