Job Description
4Creeks is seeking a GIS Department Manager to lead the GIS Team under the direction of the Survey Group Director. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid technical GIS background who can manage people, projects, and client relationships while driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive GIS experience, including project management or leadership.
  • Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS platforms (Pro, Online, Enterprise) and GIS data/workflow management across multiple projects.
  • Experience with scripting/automation (e.g., Python, ModelBuilder).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise staff and manage team workloads.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
