Role OverviewAs a GIS Developer at Interclypse, you will be embedded in an Agile product team, engineering geospatial data into a modern web platform's workflows. You will own the correction, versioning, and publication of hunt-unit and refuge boundary layers in an Esri/ArcGIS environment, preserving authoritative lineage from source systems. You will also engineer GIS into application workflows, integrate feature services with a microservices-based web platform, support map-centric UI views, and automate spatial data QA and validation pipelines.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building a version-controlled spatial publication workflow, reproducing prior rulemaking year's geography exactly, and supporting the redesign of a national species-opportunity dataset aligned with 50 states' classification systems. You will also carry your work through peak season, when spatial layer reliability is mission-critical.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will love Interclypse because you want to work for an adaptive company that moves at your speed, with a healthy work-life balance, and a passionate team on an important mission. You will also appreciate the company's strong culture of growth and support, and the opportunity for career mentorship, both in technology and in business.
