Role OverviewWe are seeking a Glass & Metal Panel Superintendent to join our growing team. The primary focus of the Superintendent will be to assure that a job is completed on-time, and on-budget. The role involves managing field foremen, developing good customer relationships, and ensuring that all employees meet SPS's standards for safety.
What You Will Do
The Superintendent will be responsible for running large commercial construction jobs, managing personnel development, and recruiting, selecting, and evaluating employees and subcontractors. They will also be involved in teaching foremen and developing regular training programs to enhance team performance.
