Role OverviewLead project planning and implementation, manage client interaction, and promote a positive partnering relationship among project team members. Manage project scope, complexity, planning, and scheduling with clients and team members. Identify, mitigate, and manage risks associated with assigned projects.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan, manage project budget development, and communicate effectively with all levels and across the organization. Generate submittals and orders to vendors and submittal returns to and from Architects and clients.

Requirements
- Qualification in project management techniques or equivalent
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

- Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, Explorer, Vista, and Outlook
