Role OverviewWe are seeking an Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently delivering an accurate estimate on time. Experience in the Glass, Glazing, Curtain Wall and Metal Panels industry is required.
What You Will Do
The Estimator will collect bid documents, review drawings and specifications, and compile a detailed takeoff of all exterior glass, interior glass, and metal panel quantities required for the project. They will also communicate with clients and organize responses as part of the bid documents.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architectural, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience in the construction field. They will also have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Bluebeam, and the ability to adapt to new software programs.
