Role OverviewThe Glazing Mechanic is responsible for the professional installation of glass and aluminum systems on a variety of building types. This includes curtain walls, storefronts, windows, doors, and other glazing systems. The role demands precision, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
What You Will Do
Installation of Exterior & Interior glass panels, aluminum framing, doors, and hardware systems per project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to determine layout and installation procedures.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in the glazing industry or a related construction trade.

- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and layout drawings.
- Strong understanding of glazing techniques, tools, materials, and hardware.
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to work at heights and operate in various weather conditions.
