Job Description
The Texas General Land Office is seeking a Program Management Specialist I (Grant Manager, Team Lead) within the Community Development & Revitalization Department of the agency. The position requires managing grant programs, executing strategic plans, and coordinating with internal teams. The role involves developing deep technical and non-technical understanding of grant programs, providing guidance and support to staff members, and overseeing program compliance and implementation of Subrecipient Agreements.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in public administration, business, or a closely related field
  • Three (3) or more additional years of relevant experience with direct oversight and monitoring of grants or contracts
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience with State and Federal funding or programs related to grant management civil infrastructure or disaster recovery
