As a Global Accounts Sales Director, you will lead a high-performing team of Global Account Managers responsible for some of Haworth's largest and most strategic global accounts. You'll build executive-level customer relationships, drive account expansion strategies, and partner with dealers and key market influencers to increase market share and accelerate growth.

Drive profitable revenue growth and market share expansion through strategic account development, business planning, and execution across key global accounts. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through accountability, forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined sales processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- 10 years of diversified sales and account development experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- Or 7 years of diversified sales and account development experience with a Master's Degree
- 6 years of experience in commercial product sales with a demonstrated track record of successful revenue generation/quota retirement results
- 5 years of experience in a sales supervisory role
- Proven ability to work across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams, managing complex priorities and building strong partnerships within matrixed organizations and diverse customer environments
