What You Will Do
The Global Cards Solutions Specialist I - Operations will perform card account maintenance, payment processing, card production support, and servicing requests, while assisting members and internal partners with card-related inquiries.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or some college coursework completed
- 1-3 years of back-office experience in a financial processing environment, preferably in a cards-related role
- Computer proficiency with basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of debit and credit card processing
- Knowledge of compliance pertaining to Regulation E and Z
- Knowledge of VISA chargeback regulations
