Role OverviewThe Global Compliance Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and controls. They will work in close collaboration with colleagues across the Company in the United States and Mexico.
What You Will Do
The Manager will be responsible for program development and management, policy drafting and communication, compliance training, risk assessment and mitigation, monitoring and reporting, stakeholder engagement, internal investigations and case management, and special projects.

Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate compliance program management
- Experience in building and managing comprehensive compliance programs
- Demonstrated experience in program management
- Experience leading and supporting compliance investigations
- Experience managing learning management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field
- In-depth understanding of legal compliance frameworks and best practices in a corporate setting
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
