Ariel Investments is a boutique asset management firm seeking a Global Equity Research Analyst to drive exceptional investment returns by bringing diverse perspectives together. The role requires solid fundamental research capabilities, advanced financial modeling skills, and clear communication of investment thesis.

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of relevant work experience (sell side research, buy side research, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, tech engineering)
  • At least 5 years of buy-side investment experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to articulate an investment thesis and ability to interact with senior management of companies in coverage area
  • Strong financial modeling skills are a minimum requirement
  • Detail orientation and the ability to consume, digest and synthesize a large amount of information from a variety of sources and convert them into proprietary, actionable insights in a timely fashion, is a prerequisite to succeed in this position
