Role OverviewThis position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP) team, responsible for driving global partner enablement events within the AWS Partner Core Enablement Shared Services (ESS) team. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic partner relationships through high-impact enablement events.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end strategy and execution of global partner enablement events, manage multi-million dollar global event budgets, engage with AWS Partners and customers, and drive business development outcomes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology
- 5+ years of event marketing or brand, program, or experiential marketing experience
