Requirements
- Experience leading data and analytics, BI or data engineering teams
- A background in data: worked hands-on with data and analytics
- A track record of getting business leaders to agree on data governance
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms
- Global experience across countries and regulations (GDPR, data sovereignty)
- AI fluency to guide a team building for AI agents
- Experience owning a budget and negotiating with vendors
- Public company experience is a strong plus
- D365 experience is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, data science or a related field
