Role OverviewThe Global IT Manager, CRM & Data will play a key role in shaping how our key Global markets drive significant value from our IT investments, become more data-driven and build long-lasting relationships with our consumers across our iconic brands.
What You Will Do
Support delivery and adoption of Marketing Automation and Consumer Data platforms, translate marketing needs into technology requirements, contribute to the value proposition of marketing tools, and assist with platform enhancements and governance.

Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in IT, marketing technology, CRM/Marketing Automation, or data roles
- Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, Braze)
- Knowledge of CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), Data Warehouses and SCV (Single Customer Views) and associated technology
- Experience of applying AI & Automation to Consumer Engagement processes
- Basic understanding of data concepts, integrations and APIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field of study
