Role Overview

We are seeking a Global Key Account Manager (Senior Director) to lead the strategic relationship with a major global account. In this highly visible commercial leadership role, you will drive revenue growth across IQVIA offerings and service lines, shape global account strategy, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address complex client priorities.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute a global account strategy aligned to IQVIA Health priorities, client objectives, and long-term growth opportunities. Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, executive sponsors, and decision makers across the account.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, commercial services, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex, global strategic accounts.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue by selling complex, multi-service solutions across a broad portfolio of capabilities.
  • Track record of balancing near-term opportunity execution with long-term strategic account development.
  • Experience navigating global matrixed organizations and managing multiple sophisticated client relationships simultaneously.
  • Executive presence and credibility with C-suite, senior commercial, and strategic decision makers.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and opportunity management skills across the full sales cycle.
  • Ability to translate client priorities into clear account plans, measurable actions, and disciplined execution.
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, revenue planning, and account performance reporting.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across functions, geographies, and business units.
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, resilience, and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
