Global Legal Entity Governance Operations Specialist

The Global Legal Entity Governance Operations Specialist will partner closely with the Global Lead to drive operational excellence across our legal entity governance program. This role leads tool onboarding and data migration, serves as internal admin for the governance platform, ensures data integrity, supports budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives, and delivers efficient, scalable processes for our global legal, tax, treasury and finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, information systems, or a related field
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in legal operations, entity governance, program/project management, or process improvement
• Strong experience with tool implementation/data migration
• Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and process optimization
• Solid budgeting and financial monitoring experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, data integrity
• Ability to multi-task, manage changing priorities, deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Strong quality-control mindset and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong collaborator with the ability to build trusted relationships in a matrixed global environment
