Role Overview

The Global Logistics Risk Management & Business Resilience – Regional Lead serves as the primary interface between Global Logistics Risk & Resilience programs and regional/market supply chain teams. This role is accountable for driving consistent execution of global standards within the region, ensuring regional risks are identified, assessed, escalated, and managed in alignment with the global framework.

Regional Program Execution & Site Oversight, Regional Risk Identification, Visibility & Escalation, Business Resilience & Disruption Preparedness, Stakeholder Engagement & Information Flow, Inhouse & Third-Party Network Risk Support, Capability Building & Continuous Improvement

Demonstrated understanding of Compliance, Risk Management, and/or Business Resilience programs at a site, market, or sub-regional level, including application of established standards, procedures, metrics, and escalation processes. Ability to manage and coordinate risk and resilience activities across multiple logistics sites or partners, with a strong focus on execution, follow-through, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of Compliance, Risk Management, and/or Business Resilience programs at a site, market, or sub-regional level
  • Ability to manage and coordinate risk and resilience activities across multiple logistics sites or partners
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize risks, issues, and mitigation status for site, market, and regional leadership
  • Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, metrics, or digital tools to track risks, corrective actions, and compliance status
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, collaborating with logistics, quality, compliance, EHS, security, and business partners
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and implement processes, systems, and standards
  • Proficiency in customer service, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
