Role OverviewThe Global Logistics Specialist I will be responsible for daily shipping execution, including load tendering, documentation preparation, and track and trace for both domestic and international shipments. The position will also be responsible for executing procedures related to export and import compliance.
What You Will Do
Daily responsibilities will include developing an in-depth understanding of the industry, utilizing resources to maximize performance, and identifying processes to improve efficiency. The position will also involve coordinating with team members to execute new ideas and achieving process improvement goals.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in domestic and international logistics and trade compliance, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio. The candidate will also be fluent in English and have knowledge of US import and export regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business or related field
- 1-3 years' experience in both Domestic and International Logistics and Trade Compliance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio application proficiency
- Excellent communications skills
- Six Sigma/ Lean training a plus
- MRP experience a plus (Oracle or SAP)
- Knowledge of and experience of US import and export regulations
