Job Description
Sobi is a specialized biopharmaceutical company dedicated to rare diseases. We are seeking a Global Manufacturing & Supply Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects, including product launches, lifecycle management, and technology transfers. As a hybrid employee, you will work from our Global Hubs in Stockholm, Basel, Raleigh, or Boston, reporting directly to the Head of Global Manufacturing & Supply Project Management.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing complex projects within external/internal manufacturing
  • Minimum 5 years GMP/GDP experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory, supply chain and lifecycle management
  • Previous experience in transitioning from development phase to commercial phase
  • Experience working effectively in intercultural and highly matrixed environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams
  • University degree in Life Sciences, International Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Formal project management qualification
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet), and ERP systems
