Job Description

As a Global Manufacturing & Supply - Project Manager, you will take ownership of the planning and execution of key cross-functional projects including product launches, lifecycle management, technology transfers, and divestments.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing complex projects within external/internal manufacturing
  • Minimum 5 years GMP/GDP experience.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory, supply chain and lifecycle management.
  • Previous experience in transitioning from development phase to commercial phase
  • Experience working effectively in intercultural and highly matrixed environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams.
  • University degree in Life Sciences, International Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Formal project management qualification.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet), and ERP systems.
