Role OverviewJoin Amgen's Mission of Serving Patients. As a Global Medical Director, you will support the development and delivery of the Global medical affairs strategy in Chronic Weight Management. You will provide scientific and strategic support to the Global Medical Asset Lead (GMAL) across Chronic Weight Management, and product lifecycle management, spanning pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities include partnering with the Global Medical Asset Lead to develop and execute global medical affairs strategy for Chronic Weight Management assets, driving medical input into product lifecycle management, and identifying scientific evidence gaps to contribute to the development and execution of global evidence generation plans.

Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of medical affairs experience
- OR Master’s degree and 8 years of medical affairs experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years medical affairs experience
- At least 4 years of leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources
