Role OverviewAs a People Operations specialist at Ramp, you'll help create the environment where people can do their best work. You'll own Ramp's immigration and global mobility function, managing visa cases, supporting employee relocations, and building infrastructure for compliance as we expand into new countries. You'll work with the Legal, Finance, and broader People team to navigate an evolving regulatory landscape while keeping the experience human and clear for employees.
What You Will Do
You'll manage U.S., UK, and Canadian visa cases, advise recruiters on visa eligibility, shape the strategy behind Ramp's immigration program, and expand immigration support to new countries. You'll also design and manage a relocation process, advise People Partners and recruiters, and make complex immigration and mobility requirements accessible for employees.
