Role OverviewThis role will support the Oral Care division within Colgate’s Global Packaging Department. You will drive growth through innovative, consumer-preferred packaging while optimizing savings and standardization. Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Design, and Supply Chain, you will coordinate global projects with Enterprise Oral Care and manage partnerships to ensure operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Manage the conceptualization, development and implementation of packaging and processes, oversee the design and development of packaging systems and components, define global standards for manual toothbrushes and device packaging, and deliver effective and prompt documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Material Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of packaging experience in consumer products and packaged goods.
- Experience in either of these: Paperboard, paper, blister pack, thermoforming and distribution packaging.
- Ability to travel up to 20% time (domestic and international) based on project needs.
