Role OverviewThe Global Product Manager reports to the Director of Sales and may have direct reports and/or manage 3rd party creative teams. The ideal candidate for this role is highly motivated, has strong business acumen, analytical capabilities and the ability to think critically and comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. This position is a key team member of the marketing and strategy team, responsible for leadership and execution of our key global marketing and pricing programs.
What You Will Do
Develop and lead Global Marketing and Communications strategy and execution; Process owner for the New Product launch process; Coordinate and Support New Product launches and associated content; Perform Market analysis to support and inform strategic and business plans; Establish analytics to capture market and company performance trends on sales, orders, and share.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business or engineering
- Minimum of five years direct, multi-business unit experience in sales/marketing and general management
- Strong leadership, people management, team direction, and communication skills
- Experience in the chemical industry a plus
