Role Overview

The Global Product Operations Manager will provide data-supported recommendations to facilitate the execution of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy for global and regional product operations. The role involves conducting quantitative and qualitative business requirements analysis and market research to identify CRM implementation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing A/B test results and user feedback to discuss product strategy, vision, and roadmap with product teams, defining and supporting the execution of go-to-market strategies for global product launches, and monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and make process improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience
  • 2 years of experience in building technical solutions in a startup environment or for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
  • Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies
  • Designing and conducting user testing, surveys, and interviews and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insight to influence product roadmaps
  • Executing go-to-market, product launch, and product marketing plan by creating product positioning and messaging, user-facing demos, presentations, and marketing content
  • Designing and managing end-to-end data pipelines to process and integrate large-scale datasets, transforming raw data into interactive dashboards and detailed analytical frameworks to optimize strategies and uncover market opportunities
  • Defining and analyzing product KPIs, building automated dashboards in Excel, and generating actionable insights through product usage analytics, cohort analysis, or retention analysis to drive product growth
