Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Manager to lead Fusion's worldwide sales efforts across North America, Europe, and Asia. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth of our custom automated brazing and soldering systems as well as our proprietary brazing and soldering pastes and consumables.
Requirements
10+ years of progressive field sales experience, with a proven track record selling capital equipment or industrial automation solutions.
5+ years of sales leadership experience managing managers or regional teams (international experience strongly preferred).
Demonstrated success driving sales growth in multiple geographic markets.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand mechanical/automation systems and brazing/soldering processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, domestic and international — up to 40–50% with the ability to travel throughout Asia and Latin America with minimal direction and supervision.
Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and customer management.
