The role involves monitoring, surveillance, and utilizing technology to protect employees and assets in a remote, global setting. The GSOC focuses on proactive risk management and minimizing impact from potential incidents.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a GSOC working environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a lead operator role
  • Experience with physical safety and security technology
  • Experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Ability to work ‘non-standard’ shift hours, including weekend and holiday hours
  • English language proficiency
