Job Description
The Global Supply Chain Associate (GSA) supports end-to-end supply chain planning and execution across Sylvamo’s integrated network, responsible for maintaining inventory levels, supporting production planning activities, and ensuring alignment between customer requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and distribution operations.

Requirements

  • Support inventory management and replenishment planning activities to maintain optimal inventory levels across the network
  • Assist in developing and maintaining production or run schedules that meet customer demand and manufacturing constraints
  • Analyze forecasts, demand patterns, and consumption trends to support supply and replenishment decisions
  • Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions, including stockouts, production issues, and service challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure customer commitments are met
  • Communicate proactively on supply chain issues, risks, and performance with key stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, cost, and process efficiency
  • Utilize SAP and planning tools to monitor inventory, production, and replenishment activities and resolve issues
  • Assist in identifying root causes of supply chain issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members on processes and tools as needed
