Role OverviewThe Global Supply Chain Manager leads end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-efficient material flow supporting production, launch readiness, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees teams responsible for demand planning, material management, warehouse/manufacturing operations, supplier performance, scheduling, and logistics optimization.
What You Will Do
Manage the GSC team, foster collaboration, inclusion, teamwork, engagement, and shared accountability. Provide cross-functional support and guidance for departments, recruit, supervise, train, and develop salaried team members, and administer performance reviews, vacation, attendance, and workforce-related policies.

- Proficiency in manufacturing systems (SAP, SIM, OnStar logistics systems, planning tools) or similar enterprise systems
