Role OverviewJoin Abbott in a newly created Global Supply Chain Risk Manager role where you will help protect supply continuity, business performance, and brand reputation across a complex global network. As a key leader in Abbott's Supply Chain Resilience program, you will drive enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies while partnering with stakeholders across procurement, operations, logistics, finance, quality, and executive leadership to strengthen supply chain resilience and ensure continued access to Abbott products worldwide.
What You Will Do
Lead and continuously enhance Abbott's enterprise-wide supply chain and supplier risk management strategy and resilience roadmap. Design, implement, and manage the Supply Chain Resilience (SCR) program, including governance, metrics, reporting, supply chain mapping, and associated tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics, or related disciplines.
- Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain and supplier-related risks in a global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience utilizing data to drive business decisions.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience working across global teams and diverse cultures.
